About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to our General Manager – Home and Living Rural & Remote Western. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations;
  • Proactively supporting the programs leadership team to ensure key operational and compliance activities are completed on time;
  • Scheduling, agenda-setting, and minute-taking for key operational meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-up actions;
  • Collecting, collating, and entering monthly reporting data into the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission Provider portal;
  • Overseeing Melba's internal NDIS workflow processes in Rural and Remote Western, ensuring timely completion of requirements;
  • Maintaining and tracking individuals' key NDIS information, including plan and service agreement expiry dates;
  • Providing administrative assistance to all service delivery arms, including initial responses to feedback, complaints, and compliments;

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field;
  • A comprehensive understanding of executive administration functions;
  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in providing support to an executive officer, preferably in the disability services sector or another not-for-profit organisation;
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships;
  • Ability to work holistically, appreciating the value and contribution of all stakeholders;

Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus benefits such as Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging and flexible working arrangements.
