About the Role

The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating executive support for the Executive Director and providing administrative support to the Directorate. This includes managing complex email and calendar requirements, coordinating workflow, and undertaking project tasks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide business support functions to the Executive Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and compilation of meeting papers.
  • Assist with the management of ministerial and official correspondence within the Division.
  • Support the Manager Directorate Services as required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience working with senior executives. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum
