Qantas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to lead the management of key Agency Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Qantas' market share, revenue, and cost of sale targets by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies across the leisure, corporate, and SME sectors to drive revenue growth and market share.

- Proven ability to navigate complex business environments and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Expertise in negotiation, communication, leadership, and organisational skills at senior levels.
- Experience in strategy development, change leadership, and driving business outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of the airline/travel industry, Qantas products, processes, and pricing strategies.
- High IT literacy with proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and indirect booking channels (including NDC).
