About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced National Account Manager to lead our high-volume retail account in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through exceptional account and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and source innovative product and ranging solutions that drive market differentiation.
  • Manage costings from concept to 'on shelf' and oversee the full lifecycle of new product launches and category expansions.
  • Travel to Shanghai for 7-10 day periods to oversee global product development and sourcing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager, Product Development Manager, or similar role in the Australian FMCG retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of category management and retail principles, as well as private label development and sourcing.
  • An eye for trends and ability to bring innovative, high-value products to market.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationships management skills.
