We're seeking an exceptional National Account Manager to join our team at S8 Expert Recruitment Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales growth, expand market share, and develop deep product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and expense objectives for national accounts, as set by the National Business Manager.
  • Maintain accurate sales and expenditure forecasts, capturing all opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business plans and promotional activities while monitoring budgets for profitability.
  • Drive commercial discussions with stakeholders using excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analyse industry data to offer valuable solutions and lead account planning reviews to meet mutual expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in National Account Management or Retail Buying Category Management in FMCG.
  • Experience in Grocery & Pet Retail is highly regarded, but other Big Box retail experience with finished branded goods will be considered.
  • Proven ability to negotiate Trading Terms and promotional activities within key accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, strategic vision for account planning, high-level analytical abilities, and exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

What We Offer:
