Position Overview
Samsung is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with key retail partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with internal stakeholders, and analyzing sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including proprietors and franchisees
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Retail/Field, to drive a favorable outcome for the account
- Manage sales performance, including forecasting, planning, and promotions, to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement metrics-based approach to management to measure account performance
- Optimize channel engagement between the account and our sales teams to drive consistent sales outcomes and positive customer experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2C/B2B2C National Account Management experience, ideally within the Consumer Electronics industry
- Proven experience in account management and customer relationship building
- Experience in managing sales, forecasting, planning, and promotions to drive revenue
- Understanding of the Consumer Electronics retail market within Australia, preferably with vendor/supplier management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets/expectations
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Drive to improve operational processes
- Resilience, adaptability, and agility to work well in a fast-paced environment and navigate changes

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
