The Opportunity

We're building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function, set to launch in July 2025. Reporting to a National Business Manager, this National Account Manager role offers a unique and career-defining opportunity to establish work processes and build collaborative relationships with assigned customers to deliver the Suntory Oceania strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customer buying teams to deliver mutual growth in accordance with agreed Joint Business Plans through customer and consumer-centricity, trading terms and price realisation initiatives, and the development and execution of promotional and activation programs that optimise Suntory Oceania business objectives.
  • Develop strong internal cross-functional relationships to deliver voice of customer internally, performance rigor to forecast, report, and deliver key supply and commercial metrics, best practice and action-oriented initiative ROI reviews, and process compliance, including price realisation execution and claims optimisation.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual with a proven track record in account management within the FMCG industry, preferably in the liquor sector. You will have a natural flair for developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers to realise triple-win outcomes, a strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, numeric and analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
