About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Carlton United Breweries.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of national accounts, driving sales growth and revenue through strategic planning and collaboration with key customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Engaging in joint business planning to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Supporting the development of annual plans to ensure alignment with customer and company goals.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for category growth.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager within the FMCG industry. They will possess exceptional financial and commercial acumen, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
