About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist 3 to join our team. This role will involve providing first-line technical support to customers and field personnel on-site or remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing installation and configuration services.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to customers and field personnel on-site or remotely.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking systems.
  3. Install and configure new hardware and software systems.
  4. Develop and implement hardware installation plans for customers.
  5. Assist in the development of system level diagnostics and problem escalation procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
