Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our professional services team, working closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage and resolve tickets efficiently, either independently or through collaboration with other teams.
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues while maintaining clear communication with customers until resolution.
- Engage with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with documented processes to ensure high-quality outcomes for customers.
- Continuously refine, update, and improve processes based on customer needs.
- Maintain proficiency with various technologies, such as the Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions, and more.
- Process-oriented mindset and experience working with M365 Office Stack.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience in a similar role.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
