About the Role

The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in proactively managing a portfolio of customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This position is responsible for:

  • Maintaining Strong Customer Relationships: Understand client needs, review fleets, and seek opportunities for cost reduction and renewal.
  • Leading Fleet Management Teams: Drive customer satisfaction, ensure safety compliance, and maximise business potential.
  • Capturing Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on revenue growth, fee uplift, and new initiatives.
  • Resolving Issues: Escalate customer concerns, meet contractual obligations, and exceed KPIs.
  • Conducting Regular Customer Visits: Foster productive relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Providing Ongoing Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Demonstrating Expertise: Leverage knowledge of SG Fleet systems, including Miles, Fleet Intelligence, and Booking Intelligence.

Requirements
  • Experience in Senior Corporate Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships at senior corporate levels.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Deliver clear, concise messages supported by evidence.
  • Sales, Business Development, and Business Management Experience: Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • High Level Numeracy and IT Proficiency: Analyse complex finance and taxation concepts.
  • Strong Understanding of the Australian Fleet Management Environment: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive $120,000 - $180,000 per annum salary, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible work arrangements, career progression opportunities, and comprehensive education support.
