The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

As a Key Account Growth Specialist at Next 15, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of ABM programmes from start to finish. This will involve acting as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with both marketing and sales contacts to consult them on the best approach and keep them up to date on progress and results.

  • Manage junior team members, helping them to make a difference and grow their careers
  • Support with meeting commercial growth targets within your main accounts, working closely with senior colleagues
  • Track project deliverables and help manage the team's resource allocations so the right people are in place to meet the needs of client projects
  • Analyse data and interpret insights to guide ABM initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of client-facing delivery experience in an agency or an in-house marketing role, with experience running executive and partner engagement and/or lead-generation campaigns in multiple markets
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) and/or B2B marketing experience is a bonus
  • Management skills that allow you to work with local and global teams and to be a master of your own workflow
  • The initiative to flip between strategic conversations and a variety of hands-on job requirements
  • The ability to provide specialist advice to customers on the best approach available, constructively challenging client briefs where required, and bringing together our teams to deliver amazing work
  • Time and project management capabilities, allowing you to juggle multiple programme deliverables
