About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support professional to join our team as a Key Account Support Specialist. As a Key Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key account management team, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction by facilitating seamless communication flow and managing various operational tasks.

About the Role

As a Key Account Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining constant communication with customers to address their needs and concerns.
  • Handling daily client requests and ensuring all information is accurately entered into the database.
  • Matching goods receipts with corresponding orders.
  • Managing and troubleshooting open orders within the SAP system.
  • Collaborating with the production team to oversee the workflow of orders.
  • Responding to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Creating and maintaining records of product introductions and discontinuations.
  • Managing commercial data entries, including Master Data Management (MDM) requests, CMIRs, and pricing information.
  • Working in conjunction with the Customer Care team to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolutions.
  • Oversseeing all commercial documentation, including contracts, agreements, and pricing-related documentation.
  • Entering and maintaining prices, freight, and other commercial conditions in the SAP system.
  • Supporting the Customer Service team to prevent delays in order fulfilment.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proficient computer skills, with strong knowledge of SAP considered a significant advantage.
  • Extensive understanding of sales processes and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • A degree or diploma is highly advantageous.
