We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Strategist to join our team at Blackbook Executives. In this role, you will drive projects across the Sydney Industrial market and be part of a global business shaping Australia's future.

Our client has been a well-established provider of building material solutions across Sydney's multi-residential market for decades. Job Summary
The successful candidate will have a background in the construction industry and experience in building product sales. You will be responsible for developing customer partnerships to identify projects, preparing tenders, and delivering on volume targets. Your primary focus will be on maintaining key relationships with current major customers and seeking new ones.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understanding the business strategy and product pricing
- Maintaining individual stakeholder strategy and mapping out effective relationship plans
- Preparing journey plans and acceleration plans
- Project identification and budget forecasting
- Bid development and negotiation
- Managing a target plan of customers & projects to win
- Final sign off and project handover
Requirements
- Current or previous experience in an account management or sales role
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using a CRM, JDE, and MS suite
- Understanding of construction acumen is beneficial
- Experience in engineering construction or construction industry is preferable
- Strong business acumen and reporting skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
