The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating and cultivating new business leads and opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on building and managing pipelines for potential business prospects and developing a clear plan for continuous and sustainable growth.
You'll collaborate and connect with our current clients whilst also going out and building relationships with new prospective clients. You'll meet with clients to discuss new opportunities, products, results, facts, figures or whatever our clients require.
You'll gather engaging data, insights, results and anything else you need to create engaging and moving presentations to be delivered to prospective and current clients.
Negotiating contracts with our clients and other third parties will also be a key part of your role.
Additionally, you'll raise awareness of potential gaps in our product offering and work towards solutions and making recommendations.

- Demonstrate understanding and expertise in sales and a track record of meeting targets.
- An articulate communicator (both on paper and in person) who can create and deliver engaging and influential presentations to variety of audiences at all levels.
- Motivation to perform on your own, optimise your time and deliver revenue growth – you'll be a self-starter with the hustle to kick down the door, hit the ground running and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
