Key Account Manager

Valeo, a global leader in automotive innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial vehicles division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our international customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- International customer service and data maintenance in collaboration with local sales organizations
- Defining and implementing strategies to strengthen business relationships with customers
- Driving profitable and sustainable revenue growth in your area of responsibility
- Acquiring and advising customers on technical solutions and project feasibility in coordination with the technical department
- Representing the company and developing sustainable relationships with customers
- Presentation and distribution of Valeo TBS products
Your Profile:
- Preferably a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in key account management in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Proven success in sales of technical products requiring explanation
- Hands-on experience in the areas mentioned above
- Strong communication and team skills
- Ability to distinguish oneself in negotiations and possess a friendly demeanor
- Strategic work and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken English skills are required, German and other foreign languages are a plus
