Your Role:
This Key Account Strategist position is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing team passionate about ensuring every team member has the chance to grow and make a significant impact.
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, working closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- BUILDING AND NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE
- PROCESSING BUYING AND PURCHASING ORDERS AND REQUESTS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY
- EFFECTIVELY NETWORKING TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN EXISTING ACCOUNTS
- QUALIFYING, QUOTING, FOLLOWING UP, AND CLOSING IDENTIFIED SALES OPPORTUNITIES
About You:
To excel in this role, you will have:
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN AN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLE WITH A CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH
- A NATURAL INTEREST AND CURIOUSNESS ABOUT TECHNOLOGY
- STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS WITH ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS
- HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
- EXPERIENCE IN SERVICING CLIENT PORTFOLIOS OF GOVERNMENT AND DEFENCE CUSTOMERS WILL BE LOOKED UPON FAVOURABLY
- A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FROM MAJOR IT BRANDS WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
