Key Account Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Advanced Navigation, a leading company in Australia, as they continue to grow rapidly. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
The role involves providing rapid, professional customer responses to inbound leads and sales enquiries, converting them into successful sales conversations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of our products, specifications, and applications
- Filtering out non-sales enquiries from the inbound flow of leads
- Providing indicative pricing and product information to prospects and customers
- Determining the best route to 'close'
- Maintaining our CRM to required standards of completeness, accuracy, and currency
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years similar experience as an inside sales representative, SDR, or similar role
- General technical knowledge of electronics or electro-mechanical devices
- Proven track record in contributing to multiple sales pursuits
- Experience of working in a lean, rapidly-growing organisation
- Strong PC literacy and applications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with solid written and verbal communication skills
