**What You'll Do**:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Leadership & Talent Management**: Coach and guide your team to achieve success, ensuring they’re motivated and aligned with our core values as well as encourage development
- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Foster deep, effective relationships with key customers, and ensure sales pipeline management
- ** Analysis & Industry Insight**: Understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and leverage market intelligence to boost our revenue and market share.
- ** Team & Company Performance**: Collaborate across functions, share ideas, and continuously improve the Aristocrat Way of Working.

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: Extensive experience in a Sales role
- ** Leadership**: Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- ** Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Gaming industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
- ** Commercial Awareness**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a strong commercial understanding.
- ** Problem Solver**: Advanced problem-solving abilities and familiarity with BI tools.
- ** Adaptable**: Embrace and capitalize on change with ease.
