As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing team.

Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working options, robust health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Manager at Aristocrat Gaming, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and partnerships.
- Cultivating a culture of high performance through coaching, mentoring, and engagement with Aristocrat's Values.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in sales and people management.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commercial savvy with strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with BI tools.
Bonus points for gaming industry experience, but not essential. A natural ability to develop relationships and connect with stakeholders at all levels is highly valued.
