About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales process from enquiry to sale completion. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing sales budgets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with our Club General Managers to motivate and coach our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the day-to-day sales process for all Next Gen clubs across Australia and New Zealand;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales budgets;
  • Work closely with Club General Managers to motivate and coach sales teams;
  • Conduct business to business sales presentations and develop relevant material;
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Design and deliver sales training programs to upskill our sales teams;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including club managers and sales teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior sales team management, preferably in the fitness or retail industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • High level reporting and analytical skills;
  • Experience in sales systems analysis and evaluation;
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive flexible working hours, full club membership, and the opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic team environment.
