Job Title: Sales and Relationship Growth ProfessionalLocation: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Hybrid)

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Sales and Relationship Growth Professional to join our Enterprise Sales team in Sydney.

The key focus will be to maintain and grow our successful Education portfolio through maintaining and developing opportunities with existing clients, and identifying and converting new business opportunities across Process Automation, IT Managed Services, and Print.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly with cross-functional sales teams and key administrative teams, to deliver high levels of sales performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Grow our Education portfolio by effectively promoting FUJIFILM Business Innovation's value propositions to both new and existing customers.
  • Identify and engage with key decision makers to understand their challenges and strategic drivers, and build effective business relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through high-touch sales coverage.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high levels of sales performance.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in Education sales, ideally including selling enterprise-wide services and solutions.
  • Superior territory management and planning skills, together with the effective use of Salesforce/CRM systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including key internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills, incorporating C-level engagement.
