**Sales Insights & Analytics Manager - Hubbl**
**Location**: North Ryde
**Join Our Team as a Sales Insights & Analytics Manager**
We are searching for a Sales Insights & Analytics Manager to work within our new product team, Hubbl a new recently launched game changing product
With an explosion of streaming apps in the market we have launched a new transformative product that takes the frustration out of streaming by bringing together paid and free streaming entertainment into the world’s best user interface - so there is no need to go in and out of apps to discover the content you love
As our Sales Insights & Analytics Manager, you will work collaboratively with our business functions and design and execute analytical insights for Hubbl. that drives business strategy and decision making. We are looking for someone who can not only derive insights, but also build out the required strategy and actions off the back.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Explaining sales and revenue performance via weekly and monthly trading forums
- Lead recommendations from deep dive analysis to stakeholders with a focus on simplifying / storytelling / translating complex data
- Where required, use advanced analytics techniques to explore business data and find innovative ways to understand our customers and sales performance
- Influence decision making which drives commercial outcomes. You will focus more on presenting insights-based recommendations, rather than building self-service dashboards for somebody else to derive the insights and actions
- Build relationships by understanding problems and providing solutions
**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- Experience in providing data driven insights for strategic decisioning (Performance insights / sales and revenue)
- Comfortable analysing and extracting insights from big data. Tableau experience a bonus
- Strong commercial acumen
- Comfortable working with data teams to brief in requirements
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complicated concepts simply and concisely and drive recommendations to take action
- Excellent ability to create high-quality quantitative analysis and written materials for presentation to senior management
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage a number of projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines
- Strong Excel modelling and solid Powerpoint experience
- SQL, Python or R experience with regards to building complex views for analysis in visualization tools or machine learning highly desirable
