As a People Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the Endeavour Foundation people experience by acting as a trusted advisor and delivering quality and timely advice, guidance, and coaching on policies, procedures, applicable legislation, and contemporary HR best practice to leaders.
About The Role:We have a 6-month fixed-term full-time opportunity for a People Services Advisor to join our People Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring effective management of worker screening, compliance, and position governance activities, responding to HR-related enquiries from the business, administering core cyclical processes within People Services, maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft) with a high level of data integrity, generating HR reports from HRIS as requested, and maintaining an in-depth and best-practice understanding of legislation relevant to people compliance, including but not limited to, worker screening, right to work in Australia, and privacy principles.
Duties include:- Ensuring the effective management of worker screening, compliance, and position governance activities
- Responding to HR-related enquiries from the business
- Administering core cyclical processes within People Services
- Maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft) with a high level of data integrity
- Generating HR reports from HRIS as requested
- Maintaining an in-depth and best-practice understanding of legislation relevant to people compliance, including but not limited to, worker screening, right to work in Australia, and privacy principles
About You:
- You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR generalist role within a heavily regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience in understanding and interpreting the Fair Work Act
- Demonstrated experience in delivering quality people advice and solutions within tight time-frames
- A sound knowledge of current employment laws, workplace legislation, and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies, and trends

Payscale: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience
