As a Strategic Account Growth Specialist, you will have the chance to capitalize on potential prospects, convert leads to clients through exceptional customer service and solution-oriented sales approaches, identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding the business' workflow solutions, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, best-in-class solutions to customers, monitor account performance, and provide regular reports on territory progress to leadership.

Benefits
- You will earn a salary of approximately $120,000 per year, plus superannuation and additional benefits such as bonuses, car allowance, remote work flexibility, opportunities for personal and career development, access to a tech-forward learning platform, and a collaborative, supportive work environment.
- You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, using your excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve results.
- A successful track record selling reagents and capital equipment is highly regarded, as is proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and business analysis tools.
