This role presents an exciting opportunity to join Darktrace, a leader in cybersecurity solutions. As a SMB Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SMB accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Onboarding New Customers: Provide comprehensive training to new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they understand how to leverage our product effectively.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that could benefit customers, driving growth and retention.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Service, Consulting, or a related role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to drive decisions, and self-motivation.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
