Strategic Brand Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Strategic Brand Growth Specialist. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a bold impact on Amazon's top brands.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills. They will be responsible for identifying problems and creating solutions, and will possess exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
As a Strategic Brand Growth Specialist, you will gain experience in a wide range of skills working across major functional areas, including vendor management, in-stock management, content management, and more. You will learn and use Amazon tools and policies, and educate vendors on relevant growth opportunities in Amazon's ecosystem of products.
A day in the life of a Strategic Brand Growth Specialist includes:
- Growing selection of products available to Amazon customers
- Driving traffic and conversion initiatives
- Promotion planning and execution
- Identifying and resolving vendor-related issues
In addition, you will work closely with various stakeholders across Amazon teams, such as Vendor and Category Managers, Instock, Finance, Operations, Marketing to drive best possible outcomes for your strategic vendors and customers.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling customer offer.
A successful candidate for this role should possess a natural appetite for learning, the ability to pick up new skills quickly, and a focus on identifying problems and creating solutions. They should also have a proven track record of building positive working relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced work environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Strategic Brand Growth Specialist, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
