Agricultural Sales Professional

De Lacy Executive Limited, a leading ag machinery dealership in South Australia, is seeking a talented sales professional to join their team.
Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary package of £60,000 per annum, plus commission, company vehicle, relocation support, and professional development opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships with farmers and customers in a designated territory within 2-3 hours' drive from the base depot. This includes:
- Visiting customers to build long-term relationships
- Working as part of a team to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation
- Promoting the dealership brand and its subsidiary brands
- Demonstrating and delivering new machinery to grow market share
- Finding new leads and following up on existing ones
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical degree, apprenticeship (or equivalent) related to agricultural machinery
- Ability to build relationships with farmers and customers
- Past experience in agricultural sales is preferred but not essential
- Current knowledge of agricultural machinery and commercial awareness
