Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary package of £60,000 per annum, plus commission, company vehicle, relocation support, and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships with farmers and customers in a designated territory within 2-3 hours' drive from the base depot. This includes:

  • Visiting customers to build long-term relationships
  • Working as part of a team to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation
  • Promoting the dealership brand and its subsidiary brands
  • Demonstrating and delivering new machinery to grow market share
  • Finding new leads and following up on existing ones
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree, apprenticeship (or equivalent) related to agricultural machinery
  • Ability to build relationships with farmers and customers
  • Past experience in agricultural sales is preferred but not essential
  • Current knowledge of agricultural machinery and commercial awareness
