About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business administration, operations management, agricultural studies, or a related field.
  • Operational Experience: At least 5 years of operational management experience, preferably within the agricultural sector.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in market analysis, Google Workspace, and ERP systems, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
