Agricultural Appointments, a distinguished provider of innovative recruitment solutions in Toowoomba, QLD, is seeking an accomplished Sales & Customer Service Leader to spearhead sales growth and elevate customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging in-depth product knowledge to promote and sell the company's diverse agricultural product range effectively.
  • Cultivating strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, needs assessments, and solution recommendations.
  • Negotiating contracts to secure favourable terms for both parties.
  • Providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Attaining and surpassing sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.
  • Preparing comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Leading and mentoring the customer service team, imparting product expertise and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in agricultural sales or a related field.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding of agricultural products and practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and internal company programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, strategic mindset.
