About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agricultural Product Sales Manager to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. This is a full-time, permanent position that will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and elevating customer service standards for our client, a distinguished provider of agricultural products.

- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to promote and sell our diverse agricultural product range.">
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, needs assessments, and solution recommendations.">
- Negotiate and finalise contracts to secure favourable terms for both parties.">
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.">
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.">
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.">
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.">
- Lead and mentor the customer service team, imparting product expertise and best practices.">
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.">
- Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for team members.">
- Collaborate seamlessly with customer service and sales support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.">
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.">
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards company objectives.">
Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or equivalent experience.">
- Demonstrated success in agricultural sales or a related field.">
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.">
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.">

- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and internal company programs.">
