- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Lead and mentor the customer service team, imparting product expertise and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for team members.
- Collaborate seamlessly with customer service and sales support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards company objectives.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in agricultural sales or a related field.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding of agricultural products and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and internal company programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive, strategic mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and independent work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience.
