A leading company in the hospitality industry, Accor, is seeking a Sales and Account Growth Manager to join their rapidly growing team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in business development and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing top accounts, developing working plans to meet targets, negotiating rates and terms, and implementing systems to successfully manage new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts for Corporate, Wholesale and Inbound sectors.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies across multiple channels, including Wholesale, Inbound, Retail Travel Agent, Corporate and MICE sectors.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Implement effective systems to manage new business and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong time-management, reporting, computer, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
