The Role

This is a senior position for a professional seeking to consolidate their career as a Sales Growth Strategist. You will provide guidance, coaching, and sales support to your team to achieve sales and growth targets within their portfolios.

Your primary objective will be to drive the sales growth of the business directly, via your sales team, and in collaboration with various Ricoh sales teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior management to define regional strategy and sales initiatives aligned with the organisation's overall goals.
  • Identifying opportunities for improved customer engagement through digital technologies and sales techniques.
  • Developing and implementing an ongoing strategic regional business plan that supports customer retention and expansion, ensuring strong market presence.
  • Leading and managing a diverse sales team, focusing on customer outcomes, sales activities, and knowledge growth.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, empowering team members to contribute expertise and insights.
  • Achieving sales revenue and margin targets by successfully managing the sales team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

The following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in sales leadership or quota-carrying sales, account relationship management, and business development.
  • A successful track record of achieving sales targets and a strong desire to over-achieve.
  • Experience in handling business and technical decision-makers in customer organisations.
  • Ability to lead and support both hunting and farming models.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor sales teams.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
