We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at CreditorWatch, a leading Australian data and technology company. This is an exciting opportunity for you to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
About the RoleAs an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients within the VIC Region, focusing on up and cross-selling existing and new products, training, support, and regular contact. You will aim to proactively demonstrate how CreditorWatch continues to benefit businesses.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales Manager – Account Management to achieve sales targets and grow our client base.
Your Responsibilities- IDentify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers to drive net growth of your customer portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers – Understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Responding to customers' needs and requirements in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining correct and updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions and share with customers to position the company as a strategic partner.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in SaaS
- Nurturing approach and excellent communication skills
