Role Overview
As a Senior Account Manager at Xero, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing large and mid-tier Accounting Partners, helping them develop and execute a digital strategy to support their continued success in migrating clients onto the Xero platform. This field-based role requires extensive appointment making, meeting management, and travel within your assigned territory to form strong relationships with your Accounting Partners and work closely with your Senior Account Management colleagues to drive Xero's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and account management relationships with large and mid-tier accounting partners.
  • Drive customer numbers up and achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies within the practice.
  • Deliver Xero partner events and drive attendance at Xero sales events and Partner Forums.

Requirements
  • Field Account Manager experience.
  • Proven sales performance and direct experience working within sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of the accounting practice industry.
  • Results-driven approach with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to work autonomously and create strong relationships with partners.
