Strategic Business Growth Specialist

This is a high-level position within Steelcase that focuses on conceiving and launching new business initiatives. We are seeking an individual who can thrive in ambiguity, drive business growth, and foster innovation.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will play a key role in developing strategies to target and qualify potential new sales opportunities for the company. This involves working closely with designers, architects, project managers, and end users to drive business growth and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted strategies to identify, qualify, and profile new business opportunities strategically important to Steelcase.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Ability to navigate complex environments while remaining impartial to ideas.
- Making quick decisions based on available information, sometimes incomplete.
- Building strategic partnerships through networking and collaboration.
- Analyzing business and financial data to inform decision-making.
- Applying systems thinking to problem-solving.
A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a leading company in a rapidly growing industry.
Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 per annum.-
