Job Title: Amazon Graduate Brand Analyst - Strategic Business Growth

About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and improve the end-customer experience as a Graduate Brand Analyst at Amazon. As a strategic account manager, you will be responsible for owning client-facing relationships with supply partners and serving in an e-commerce capacity to drive their success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and improve key business metrics that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide tactical support to vendors, including issue troubleshooting and data reporting.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, acting as a trusted advisor for their issues and concerns.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve vendor queries efficiently.
- Train vendors on best practices to succeed on Amazon through education and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for both vendors and customers.
