The Role
We are seeking a skilled Branch Administrator / Customer Service Officer to join our Mildura Rural Store team. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless administrative tasks and stock control functions. This part-time role (27.5 hours per week) offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and phone call management
- Manage inbound and outbound mail efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, daily banking, and reconciliation
- Oversee stock ordering, receptions, transfers, and inventory control
- Collaborate with the LR Purchasing Department for stock requests
- Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile inventory as per inspection schedule
- Create transport consignments and pallet control
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience in administration and data entry is essential
- Show a positive attitude, great communication skills, and willingness to learn
- Display good organizational and planning skills
- Be able to undertake various administrative tasks
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications is a must
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $50,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
