Administrative Support Officer for Property Acquisitions

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Transactions Support Officer to join our team at the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing. In this role, you will play a key part in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of land by Homes Victoria.
- You will provide administrative support to a team, including arranging contract execution, drafting correspondence and reports, responding to enquiries, and coordinating activities related to property transaction settlement.
The Property Transactions Support Officer will provide administrative support to a team focused on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of land by Homes Victoria.
Responsibilities- Arrange contract execution.
- Draft correspondence and reports.
- Respond to enquiries.
- Coordinate activities related to property transaction settlement.
- A project support officer or administrative officer with knowledge of Victorian Government land policies and framework.
- Flexible and possessing good communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- A proactive individual who is able to quickly learn new challenges.
- A team player with property-related administrative experience and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, email management, and databases.
