We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our Victorian office.
About the Role- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including reception duties and phone answering
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, and visitors to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to KBR's document management protocols
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as expense claims
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
