We're seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Head Office in Melbourne, where you'll provide critical support to our Director and COO.

The role involves handling a variety of business administration tasks, including coordinating office orders, managing schedules, booking flights and accommodations, running errands, reviewing paperwork, and drafting contracts. You'll also have opportunities to brainstorm, source contacts, and help shape client communications.

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in office administration and/or personal assisting, along with attention to detail and fast-paced execution. You must be able to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, with estimated annual compensation around $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience. If you're a trustworthy, hard-working individual who cares about making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
