Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Autodesk's construction software solutions and managing customer relationships in their assigned geography. This involves identifying potential customers, prospecting, contract negotiations, and closing deals. They will also manage and qualify inbound leads, perform due diligence and market research, provide demos and presentations, collaborate with Autodesk's technical team, develop project plans for implementing software, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts through the entire sales process
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Autodesk's technical team to ensure seamless implementations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in selling software solutions/products in the construction industry. They should have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent customer engagement skills, and a deep understanding of the Autodesk products and services. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize sales opportunities, work collaboratively as a team, and navigate changing market conditions and customer needs.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000-$150,000 AUD per annum, discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
