Construction Software Solutions Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Territory Account Sales Executive to join our team in Australia. This role will involve selling Autodesk's construction software solutions and managing customer relationships in your assigned geography.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline.
- Conduct due diligence and market research to identify potential customers.
- Provide demos and presentations of Autodesk's construction solutions.
- Collaborate with Autodesk's technical team to ensure a smooth implementation process.
- Develop project plans for implementing software and provide post-sales support through our Resellers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, working with our Customer Success Team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the larger Autodesk sales team to meet sales targets and achieve goals.
- 8-10 years of experience in selling software solutions/products in the construction industry.
- Experience with successes in sales in the construction industry.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers up to decision-makers.
- Understanding of Autodesk products and services, as well as broader construction market trends.
- Ability to deliver technical information to non-technical customers.
- Experience prioritizing sales opportunities through account planning to achieve quota.
Autodesk offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and location. In addition to base salary, we offer significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
