We are currently seeking an experienced Executive General Manager for our ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) market, with the primary focus on driving strategic digital transformation initiatives across both Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving business growth through innovative digital solutions.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for leading SAP's Partner Driven and Digital Sales Segments in Australia and New Zealand. The Executive General Manager will develop and execute strategic plans to drive non-linear growth in these segments, leveraging SAP's innovative digital solutions and partnering with key stakeholders across the ANZ market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive non-linear growth in SAP's Partner Driven and Digital Sales Segments in Australia and New Zealand
  • Leverage SAP's innovative digital solutions to deliver business value to customers and partners
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the ANZ market, including partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong experience in developing and executing strategic plans, with a focus on digital transformation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand markets, with a deep understanding of the business landscape and trends
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a large, multi-national software/technology/consulting organization
  • Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
