Job Summary:
SAP SE is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Executive General Manager to lead the growth of our Partner Driven and Digital Sales business in Australia and New Zealand.

The Role:
As the Executive General Manager - Corporate, you will be responsible for driving non-linear growth of our Partner Driven and Digital Sales business in the ANZ region. You will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, develop strategic plans to achieve annual cloud bookings and revenue targets, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. Your expertise in software sales leadership, channel management, and digital transformation will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, develop market analysis reports, and protect SAP's reputation in the local market. Additionally, you will contribute to SAP's ANZ Senior Executive Team and participate in strategic decision-making processes. The role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual cloud bookings and revenue targets for the Partner Driven and Digital Sales business in the ANZ region.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams:
    Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, including direct reports and indirect leaders, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Foster Innovation and Excellence:
    Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization by promoting best practices, recognizing outstanding performance, and providing continuous feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain Market Analysis and Reporting:
    Conduct regular market analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and strategy development.
  • Promote SAP's Reputation:
    Protect and enhance SAP's reputation in the local market through effective stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and thought leadership.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven Track Record:
    A minimum of 15 years of experience in software sales leadership, preferably in a large, multi-national software/technology/consulting organization.
  • Strong Leadership Skills:
    Experience in leading high-performing teams, developing talent, and driving business growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.
  • Business Acumen:
    Demonstrated understanding of the software industry, market trends, and competitive landscape in the ANZ region.
  • Excellent Communication:
    Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
