SAP is a global leader in enterprise software, empowering businesses to run at their best. We're seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer - ANZ to lead our Partner Driven and Digital Sales Segments in Australia and New Zealand.

This critical role requires a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As the public face of SAP for these segments, you'll engage with key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • Lead the ANZ Partner Driven and Digital Sales team, driving non-linear growth through innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve annual cloud bookings and revenue targets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team.
  • Represent SAP externally, building strong relationships with partners, customers, and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and implement a growth strategy aligned with SAP's overall vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and meet market unit goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry leaders.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in software sales leadership, preferably in a volume channel business.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading a team of over 20 people.
  • Familiarity with the Australia and New Zealand markets, with excellent knowledge of local industry trends and competitors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience representing the company externally.
