Construction Industry Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Autodesk's construction software solutions and managing customer relationships in your assigned geography.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building strong relationships with customers, understand their problems, and meet their goals while achieving their sales quota. You will be based in Australia and work in a hybrid work arrangement, reporting directly to the Director of Mid-Market Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- You will manage key accounts throughout the entire sales process, from identifying potential customers and prospecting to contract negotiations and closing.
- You will manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline.
- You will perform due diligence and market research to identify potential customers.
- You will provide demos and presentations of Autodesk's construction solutions.
- You will collaborate with Autodesk's technical team to ensure a smooth demo and implementation guidance.
- Working with customers' management, you will develop a project plan for implementing the software and plan for post-sales support implementation through our Resellers.
- You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, working with our Customer Success Team.
- You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- You will collaborate with the larger Autodesk sales team to meet sales targets and achieve our goals.
Compensation Package: Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
- You must have 8-10 years of experience in selling software solutions/products in the construction industry.
- You should have experience with successes in sales in the construction industry.
- You should have experience with customer engagement up to decision-makers and developing relationships.
- You should have an understanding of Autodesk products and services, broader construction market trends.
- You should have experience delivering technical information to non-technical customers.
- You should have experience prioritizing sales opportunities through account planning to achieve quota.
- You should be able to work collaboratively as a team with other AEs, sales support, and technical teams to provide exceptional customer service while closing deals.

Salary Range: The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
