As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of our CRM team, providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or online helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer product information, answer questions, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide advice and recommendations via ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with established dealership accounts to maintain relationships.
  • Assist in establishing brand content, including guidelines, offers, and vehicle data.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrated relationship-building skills and process-oriented approach.
  • Good computer literacy, HTML5 & CSS3 knowledge, and Adobe Photoshop skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to understand technical issues and translate them for non-technical audiences.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability are essential.
  • A proven track record of meeting KPIs, working independently, and driving self-accountability.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
