Overview

Ricoh Imaging Europe is a leading provider of innovative imaging solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Support Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Job Description

As a Sales Support Liaison, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with various internal divisions to ensure seamless customer outcomes. This will involve liaising with Finance, Service Admin, IMACD, Sales, and Accounts teams to guarantee that customers receive the highest level of service.

You will also provide coordination and support for projects such as events and campaigns, assist the sales team in maintaining customer and opportunity data using Salesforce, and create customer presentations, quotations, tenders, and proposals.

Furthermore, you will assist in the investigation and resolution of customer billing, toner automation, meter reading, and service incident issues, as well as perform general administration tasks such as filing, recording, and distributing meeting minutes, travel requests, and other documents as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a business-to-business sales environment
  • A high level of computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and executives
